DELIVERY TIME

Shipments and deliveries do not take place on Saturdays & Sundays
In all the cities of Greece, the delivery time is 4-5 working days
In Cyprus, islands and hard-to-reach areas, the delivery time is 5-7 working days

RETURN POLICY

At Lab Lumina, we want you to love our handmade soy candles as much as we love creating them! However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns & Exchanges:

Changed your mind? We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. Just contact us, and we will guide you through the process.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Non-returnable items: We do not accept returns on candles or products that have been used.
Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange a product for a different scent, we would be happy to assist you, provided the original product meets the return conditions.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you whether it was approved or rejected. If approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Products: If your candles arrive damaged, please email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will send you a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
